Indoor-Surfing

Indoor-surfing has arrived in Canada. Indoor surfing well grow the sport of surfing-Canada. Surfing indoors all year round.Honestly, Surfing-Canada is not for everyone. The conditions most of the year are cold. Wetsuits are getting better, (battery-operated ones are available) but surfing in Canada outdoors on the east coast in the dead of winter? Surfing is growing in Canada and indoor surfing will only be sure to help the surfers get the skills they need.

We can, and should, build an indoor surfing facility here in Ottawa. I have heard of a good wave pool in Japan, Sea Gaia Ocean Dome, wave pool, although it may now be closed. There are wave simulators which shoot water out, and this would be a wonderful addition to wave parks in the Ottawa region. Surfing-Canada would be a lot cooler (warmer) indoor. Good waves and good temp, all the time.

Fill out my survey if you think Ottawa should have an indoor rideable wave pool. It's only a matter of time.
